The new look
at Ben Franklin
If you have never been to the Ben Franklin Store in Hilton, now is the time to stop in. The store is located in the center of the small, friendly village of Hilton and has been newly remodeled.
You may be wondering, "What kind of store is a Ben Franklin?" The answer: a craft and variety store that has something for everyone, both young and old, for crafters and non-crafters. The aisles are full of gifts, fabrics, housewares, hardware, pet supplies, candy, toys, greeting cards, party supplies and seasonal merchandise. The scrapbooking area has been newly expanded as has the new "Yarn Barn" featuring many of the newest yarns to make everything from afghans to purses. They've also expanded the selection of beads and now have everything you need to make the beautiful jewelry that's now so popular.
If you want to keep the kids busy this summer, come see the new, extensive "kids crafts" section.
The custom frame shop has qualified framers to help you with your framing. They frame prints, paintings, needle work and do archival framing.
If you prefer shopping in a store that has that "old fashioned" feeling of a friendly, helpful atmosphere, you'll feel right at home at the Ben Franklin store in Hilton.
The store is owned by Bob and Marie Zingerella, who have owned Ben Franklin stores since 1962. Now that they are retired, the store is managed by their daughter, Vicki Seiple.
Vicki says she is "excited about the renovations and is looking forward to serving the people of Hilton and the surrounding area."
